Our Covid-19 Response and Plans To Keep Ourselves and Our Community Safe.
“We care deeply about our Attendees, Artists, Vendors and Employees, and because of this we are working with County, State, private health and safety experts and other government officials to make sure we are all protected in these troubling times at this event. We are going above and beyond these rules, regulations and suggestions to make this a safe gathering for everyone” – Greg and Tracy Autry Founders of Sweet Sensi
Our Team of experienced health and safety professionals has established protocols for keeping everyone safe while still making this a fun and successful day for everyone attending and involved. We are following the direction of the Austin Public Health authorities and will be following all COVID-19 risk-based requirements as put forth by Travis County.
Here is a list of some of the safety measures we are implementing and are recommended by health officials that go above and beyond to protect the entire event and the community from the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19.
Carson Creek Ranch is a large venue with plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Upon entry, anyone standing in line will be asked to social distance from anyone not in their party. This applies to any lines for entry, food, drink or merchandise purchases.
Temperature checks will be provided upon entry for all staff, vendors and patrons. Notices of risk assessment will be posted for attendees’ information.
Free masks, hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available at dozens of locations throughout the event and backstage areas. “No touch” water dispensing stations will be available throughout the festival.
Festival staff will be required to be vaccinated or to present proof of a clear COVID-19 test that was taken within 3 days of the event. All staff will be required to wear masks or face coverings while working with the public.
A "Covid Health and Safety Booth" will be centrally located at the venue; a COVID-19 certified coordinator will be on hand to address any concerns, and will provide information on free vaccine locations in our area. Free masks and hand sanitizer will be available at this booth as well.
“Touch” surfaces will be sanitized often by festival staff. Food and beverage operators will offer contactless ordering and payment options. Single use condiments and utensils will be provided.
